These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services of Binzakk India Private Limited. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment and issue a written confirmation. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change until a booking is confirmed.

2. Scheduled departures

Scheduled group departures run subject to minimum participation and seat availability. We may reschedule or cancel a departure for operational reasons; in such cases we will offer an alternative date or a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Traveller responsibilities

• Provide accurate details at the time of booking.
• Carry valid identification and any documents required for the itinerary.
• Follow reasonable instructions from tour staff for safety.

4. Inclusions & exclusions

What is included and excluded is listed on each tour page. Anything not listed as included is the traveller's responsibility.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as weather, transport disruptions or government action).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [City], [State].
