Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for bookings made with Binzakk India Private Limited.

1. Cancellation by you

Cancellation charges depend on how far before the departure date you cancel. The following is an example structure — set your own before going live:

More than 30 days before departure[e.g. full refund less processing fee]
15–30 days before departure[e.g. 50% refund]
Less than 15 days before departure[e.g. no refund]

2. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a scheduled departure, you may choose an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid to us.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [X] business days. Payment gateway or bank charges, where applicable, may be deducted.
